The FOUND Program

41% of mothers identify confidence as their largest barrier to returning to work followed by burnout at 26%.

The lead up to birth can be an all-consuming, exciting, scary and intense time and often you think the hard work is done once you have your baby in your arms.

When you arrive home, your baby's needs can feel joyful and overwhelming simultaneously.
You become a mother overnight but learning motherhood takes time.

Stage 3

The FOUND Program guides new mothers to reclaim confidence and control, through expert-led coaching, so that they can face the next phase of life and career with clarity, strength and support.

Stage 3 focuses on both returning to work and performing at work with confidence through the following topics:

  • Career stories and aspirations
  • Flexible work options
  • Rights and entitlements
  • An employer's perspective
  • Planning your return to work
  • Negotiating a suitable outcome
  • Establishing the ongoing balance

Stage 3 builds upon the foundational concepts introduced in Stage 1 and the exploratory concepts in Stage 2. While each stage can be completed independently, we recommend completing Stages 1 and 2 before progressing.

Common questions mothers ask me:

  • How can I prepare for my return to work?
  • How can we achieve the flexibility arrangement we want and need?
  • In what capacity should I return to work if we want another child?

We answer these questions and many more.

Let's Get Started

When I had my first child, it felt like a whirlwind had swept me up and left me disoriented.

I loved my career, hobbies, and relationships and I didn't want them to change.

I was losing myself, and it scared me alongside loving my baby.

Then I learned of matrescence and I understood how my motherhood changes had silenced me.
