The FOUND Program
1 in 5 mothers experience anxiety, 1 in 7 experience depression and 1 in 2 experience depletion.
The lead up to birth can be an all-consuming, exciting, scary and intense time and often you think the hard work is done once you have your baby in your arms.
When you arrive home, your baby's needs can feel joyful and overwhelming simultaneously.
You become a mother overnight but learning motherhood takes time.

The FOUND Program guides new mothers to reclaim confidence and control, through expert-led coaching, so that they can face the next phase of life and career with clarity, strength and support.

- Relationship counselling
- The sociology of motherhood
- Birth trauma
- Matrescence
"Renee is one of the most generous and empathetic people I have met. Every interaction with her has been a joy. When navigating the late stages of pregnancy and early days of postpartum it was an absolute blessing to have Renee in my corner. Her expertise is unmatchable in this area, and she is a constant source of wisdom and encouragement.
I feel more confident as a new mum because of Renee and what I have learnt from her. I look forward to continuing my postpartum and matrescence journey with Renee and her program, and I do so with the greatest enthusiasm."

When I had my first child, it felt like a whirlwind had swept me up and left me disoriented.
I loved my career, hobbies, and relationships and I didn't want them to change.
I was losing myself, and it scared me alongside loving my baby.
Then I learned of matrescence and I understood how my motherhood changes had silenced me.
Let's Get Started
Common questions mothers ask me:
- Is it normal to have intrusive thoughts that a mother shouldn't have?
- Will I feel more like myself when I go back to work?
- How do I bring my partner on board to help more?
We answer these questions and so many more.
Let's Get StartedReclaiming YOU in motherhood.
41% of mothers identify confidence as their largest barrier to returning to work followed by burnout at 26%.
64% of mothers we interviewed feel identity changes are one of their biggest challenges.
We don't need to accept these statistics as normal.
We take you from overwhelmed and confused to understanding your changes and feeling in control of your future,
as a woman and as a mother.
